Advance Your Skills
Simon CNC Services can provide programmer , operator and setter courses to suit all key skill levels from the novice through to the advanced programmer / setter. Programming courses can be run at our Chesterfield site or can be conducted on site at your premises (subject to necessary facilities). Courses are available all year round for all machine disciplines. (ISO – G Code or interactive programming – IPS). Operator / setter training is normally carried out at your site, specifically designed to cover your machine type and configuration.
Maintenance
Know Your Machine
Maintenance training can be offered for both the mechanical and electrical engineer. The courses are carried out on site at your works, giving your engineers machine specific instruction resulting in a good basic knowledge of the machine construction and operation.
Sub Contract Programming
Programming Assistance
In addition to our programming courses Simon CNC Services are also able to offer a complete sub contract programming service. This service covers all types of machines and control systems, from 2 axis lathes to multi-axis mill turning centres.
